The Executive Director shall be subject to the general direction and control of the Commission shall receive a contractual appointment for a term of two (2) years.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The role:
The Back Office representative will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of the office. He/she will be in charge of customer contact by phone and will welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate service, will monitor incoming emails and messages and will follow up office tasks. Will assist Managing Director on day-to-day office work and will follow up on sales leads.
Will update companys website with new products or systems. Will organize office agenda.

The role:
The technician will work under the supervision of the Chief Engineer and will be in charge of day to day operation such as installation and maintenance of alternate energy systems, workshop preparation and assembly of systems, on site organization of installation with particular attention paid to customer satisfaction and security.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Alternate Energy systems or at least good Electrical skills.
-Communication both oral and written skills.
-Technical hands-on experience
- Computer literate.

Chief Engineer

The role:
The Chief Engineer will work in close relationship with and will directly report to the Managing Director for: Developing the companys engineering strategy with regards to Systems design, choice of suppliers and negotiations, workshop organisation and management, organisation and management of installers network is-landwide and throughout the Caribbean, organisation of maintenance programmes and procedures for existing installations, and keeping updated with industrys technology improvements, new systems and products availability.

Qualifications:
- Associate engineering degree or training and/or experience in Alternate
- Energy systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build
- Positive business relationships.
- Leadership personality.
- Strong computer and IT skills
