The commercial building will offer 8,000 square feet retail space with soaring ceiling heights across two different ground-floor spaces along with a staircase and elevators for access to the High Line. This is a unique project as it is the only building in NYC that actually shares structure with the High Line. Since both the structure and support systems are shared with an old railway every design decision has to be carefully thought out.
